I created a data base and then I created a form letter.
In the form letter I inserted a database field
called "Date" and when I merge the form letter with the
database I get the date correctly but also included is the
time 12:00:00 AM. Also in the form letter I have inserted
the field DutyS which is to insert a time but in front of
the data field time is the date 30-Dec-1899.  Please
someone tell me why this time is being inserted and this
year (30-Dec-1899) is being placed in front of the time?
I does this on each and every form that is created.  How
do I correct this?

See response to your other post. Once is enough.
