I have a mail merge form in word that is pulling the info
from Access.  One field in Access is a currency field and
in the qry is appears to be formatted as currency, but
when I merge to word the field does not bring over the
currency formatting.  How do I format this field.  I want
to include 2 decimal spaces.  Thanks for you help

Either set up an expression in the query that uses the format function or
see "Formatting Word fields with switches" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website at
