Mail Merge Data Lost

I have accidentally deleted data for a Mail Merge of 150
people/addresses.  But, when I open a document that has
the information in a columned list of the 150
people/addresses, I click on Data Form, and the Databank
shows up.  How can I get to where that Databank is?

Surely the databank IS the columned list?

So if you have the list, you have the data.

I am not sure what you mean by click on Data Form, but see the article about
converting a labels into a mailmerge data file on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website at:
