I created a data base and then I created a form letter.
In the form letter I inserted a database field
called "Date" and when I merge the form letter with the
database I get the date correctly but also included is the
time 12:00:00 AM. Also in the form letter I have inserted
the field "DutyS" which is to insert a time value but in
front of the data field time is the date 30-Dec-1899.
Please someone tell me why this time is being inserted and
this year (30-Dec-1899) is being placed in front of the
time?
It does this on each and every form that is created. How
do I correct this? Sorry this is my 3rd post, can you
tell I am frustrated? This time I have my email addy,
maybe some will help.
