I succeeded in making my first Word 2002 mail merge document, using an Excel
address list as the data source. All the letters print properly, but to
print them I had to use the preview arrows and print each one, individually.
I remember doing this in Word97 and havig Word just print all the
personalized letters with one "print" command.

What am I missing? TIA

Easiest thing to do is select Toolbars from the View menu and check the
Mailmerge item so that the Mailmerge toolbar is displayed.   Then along the
right hand end of the toolbar there is a series of buttons, one for each of
the destinations to which you can execute the merge.

It can also be done via the wizard, but it's so long since I used that, I
don't remember how, but it IS there.
