insert pictures into merge documents

I have a folder with id pictures in it that I wanted to insert on  mailmerge
documents,  any help?

Hi

I have tried this (when creating letters with different signatures in) and
it only displays picture placeholders..When I display the coding the
filename/pathname is correct for each page but the signature is not
displayed..any ideas??

Have you updated the fields in the document?  Have you turned off the
display of picture placeholders?

Hi Doug

yes I have updated the fields (CTRL+A, then F9) and have checked that Tools,
Options and picture placeholders is off (I can see normal pictures OK) the
placeholders just show a box and a red cross in the top left corner.  This
happens on someone elses PC too.....

You should also try adding a \d switch at the end of the INCLUDEPICTURE
field if there isn't one already
