exel data not merging for lables once selected

Pls help.  I'm creating lables by mail merge using my exel document as data
source.  I chose the file and the spreadsheet, the data appears, I select all
rows of data and continue with label set up, when i chose preview the
document is blank?
What the heck am I doing wrong?

I don't know what you are doing wrong, but see the following page of fellow
