Hi, Anyone know how to preserve formating from a field in Access during a Mail Merge? Thanks Trevor Trevor, I just had this same problem and found the following article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304387&Product=wrd2003 The best way I found was to add switches to the merge field as described in that article.
