Why dont I get a full page of labels in a mail merge document?

I have 54 different addresses to print and have entered the info but cannot
get them to print more than 4 to a page.  I selected the correct label size
when creating my main document.  What am I doing wrong?

Seems like you must have missed the step that replicates the mergefield set
up to all of the labels on the sheet.
