Issue:

I am completing a mail mearge in Word 2003 from an Excel
2003 data source.
The field that is formatted in Excel as number with two
decimals is inserted in Word merge field with 13 decimal
places.
i.e instead of 10.20 -> 10.2000000000002

Anyway to fix this; I do not recall this occuring in Word
2000 merges.

Thank-you

Hello,

See:
http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm
especially the early on note about merging from other
applications.
