I am trying to figure out how to import a person's name and address into a
business proposal letter (mass produced by a client) without having to type
each one into the beginning of the letter.  I want him to be able to do this
on his own, but he doesn't have time to type each one in.  I am using Office
XP 2002, on a Win XP system.  Here is an example below of what I mean.  The
Name of Contact, Title,
Company, Address, etc.  Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Data from the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau estimates that
treatment costs per indemnity claim in California have more than doubled in
the last decade – soaring from $8,963 in accident year 1991 to $19,467 claim
in accident year 2000 (WCIRB Bulletin 2001-12).  That is a lot of money to
pay to treat symptoms but not address the real underlying problems.

I want to be able to just import the information from somewhere like a
Rolodex card or something so that it cuts down on the time frame.
