sending mail merge

Hi, I'm trying to send a mail merge but when I click Electronic Mail and fill
out the merge to email box and click ok, nothing happens.  I have outlook
opened and when I look in Sent items, there's nothing there.  if someone
could help me, I would really appreciate it.  thanks, Mindy

Would you mind asking this question in an Outlook group? They are much more
likely to be able to suggest how to fix this. They'll want to know the exact
versions of Word, Outlook etc.

If you do find the answer, please can you post it back in here?
