MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / September 2004missing fields in mail merge
Word 2003 mail merge problem. Using labels and address block is not including the state, but it is in the source document. How can I get it put into the labels? Instead of using the address block, select and arrange the individual mergefields in the arrangement that you desire.
