Word Mail Merge from Outlook Contacts

When I follow mail merge wizard and try to use Outlook Contacts (for mailing
labels), I get error message about dialog box or database problem or else
nothing happens at all. The mail recipients edit box is grayed out.

Thank you, but I am trying to do mailing labels for 2003 Outlook in Word XP
and am still have trouble. Any other suggestions?
