I am trying to e-mail merge from Access to Word. All works great except the
last line. I have a hyperlink address (different for each user) set up in
my database. Word pulls in the info and sends the e-mail, but the received
e-mail only shows the hyperlink as text, not as an active hyperlink. I've
tried formatting the merge code as a hyperlink and the e-mail shows it
merged in hyperlink format, but the link is not active.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance...

I'm so grateful I just encountered this problem last week!
See Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 813673 for the fix to make hyperlinks
stay active after e-mail merges: (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813673)
Once I followed the steps, everything worked fine, all my hyperlinks were
active in the received e-mails.
Good luck! :) Samantha

having the problem . any suggestions?
