I part of a research team trying to send out personalized emails where people
are directed towards a link.  The link itself contains a mail merge field
where each person is assigned a code for the survey they're filling out.  I
can't get the final email to incorporate the html code.  So it shows <a
href="http://www....">this link</a> instead of just the link.  Please help

Merge sends out the mail as plain text which does not carry html. Put the
link in directly as http://www.name.com
