When I do a mail merge in Word, importing a data file from Excel, the special
formating  (zip + 4) doesn't work.  I have to go in and retype the dashes in
the zip code.  Am I importing wrong?  Thanks!  I am using Office 2003 Home
Edition.

Perfect!  I am a bit new to Office and Word, so this site will help me
tremendously.  One little selection in the tools fixed it - thanks!!
