We include return envelopes in our mailings and would like to have the
clients' address as the return address.  Is there a way I can set up a mail
merge where the return address is different for each envelope?

If you use an envelope template you can have any return address you wish
including an address pulled from the data file. See also
http://www.gmayor.com/Alternative_Return_Addresses.htm. There's a sample
envelope template for download from my web site which can easily be adapted
to your requirements if you don't fancy starting from scratch.
