I am using Office 2003. In Word I am attempting to do a mail merge. I have
been able to import all my information from Outlook. I am sending this
mailing to businesses. The address for the envelope is placing the contact
persons name above the Business name. I want the business name and address
first then the contact name with attn. preceding it. How can I accomplish
this?
Instead of using the address block, insert the individual merge fields in
the order that you want them. Starting from Outlook will give you more
options.
