If you can't arrange the datasource so that all of the dates for the one
"name" are in the one record, then you are going to have to try and
implement the methods in the "Multiple items per condition" item under the
"Special merges" section of fellow MVP CIndy Meister's website at
http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/MergFram.htm
