I can't seem to add Mr. and Mrs. to the Address portion of a mail merge. It
just keeps addressing it as John and Jane Doe instead of Mr. and Mrs. John
Doe. I chose the Mr. and Mrs. option from the Mail Merge Task Pane, but it
just won't work. Any ideas.

Is this an Outlook data file? If so try Plan B
http://www.gmayor.com/mailmerge_from_outlook.htm
and maybe insert the required fields (Title in this case) directly into your
merge document avoiding the address block field
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_labels_with_word_xp.htm
(don't be mislead by the URL filename)
