Hello-
I am dong a mailmerge from Excel to Word. The merge contains percentacges
such as 6.125% . When I try to merge it shows up as "6.1249999999999999E-2".
This has only happened since my change to 2003. Any ideas?

In the Excel sheet, go to Tools-Options, Calculation tab, and check
"Precision as displayed." You will lose some 15-decimal point accuracy but
this should solve the problem. You will have to save and close Excel in
order for it to work.

You can try this: edit merge field and type in the follow {Mergefield
percentage \#"00%"} I was having the same problem and this solved the
situation
