I use mail merge to print pages of mailing labels. I have done this (with
problems) on the older Word programs. I cannot get the same list to print in
Word 2003. I am using the same Access datebase I have used for years. There
are 30 labels per sheet and despite merging, Word only shows and prints the
top left label on each page. I cannpt persuade Word to print the other 29
labels on each sheet. I have 300 labels and only 10 of them are printing.
I am all of a sudden having a similar problem where it
will print the first row and the last row only on each
page of labels.........?? I have been making labels with
the merge for years and it has worked beautifully up
until the other day and I am stumped as to why....? Di
you get any responses....??

If your data source is also in Access, why don't you use an Access report.
There is a wizard to use for the purpose.
For your Word problem, it looks like you must have deleted the merge fields
from the intermediate rows.

Why not do it all in Access. There is a report wizard to create a label
type report.
If you really want to do it in Word, your problem is that you have missed
the step to replicate the label setup from the first cell (label) to the
other cells on the mailmerge main document.

Have you solved your Access->Word label merge problem yet - I spent a whole day trying various methods and have just got it to work, but may not be able to remember step-by-step instructions!
