I am using a query in a mail merge document and I can not get the query to
pick up all the records in the excel worksheet.  There is 500 records in the
spread sheet and it only picks up 428.

Any help would be appreciated

Version of Word?

Do these records have anything in common?

What is the query you're trying to use?
