I have an excel spreadsheet with a formatted zipcode field. Many -- but not
all -- of my zip codes start with a first character of "0". When I merge
them into labels in Word, the "0" is no longer visible. How can I correct
this problem so the first character "0" appears on the labels?

Do a search for ZIP in the Word Mailmerge and Fax Discussion group. I saw
an answer to this recently on this board.
