I have an 11x17 document merge document that suddenly set
itself up so that I cannot see the header.  It will not go
into print view and print preview does not work.  The
header will print, but I cannot get to it to edit it.  
Doing a View Headers and Footers does not work.  Any
ideas?  Some where along the line, I must have hit
something that caused this.  I just can't find it.
