On email merge, Outlook makes me say "Yes" for every single email.

When I do an email merge, I get a security warning from Outlook about another
program trying to send an email.  I grant it permission for the maximum which
is 10 minutes, but then I still have to say "Yes" for every single email that
goes out!  I'm trying to send 400 of them to all my clients.  How do I get
around this?

Grab the ClickYes utility from the downloads page of my web site.

Thanks!  But I installed it and turned it on, yet it doesn't seem to be
working.  I see it sitting in the system tray...  but I still have to keep
clicking Yes.  Any thoughts?

I'm running Word 2003, Outlook 2003 and Windows XP.

(Will it also get around that "allow for ___ minutes" warning?  I'm sending
400 fax/emails so 10 minutes isn't going to be enough time.)

Damn! You are right. I have replaced the file on the web site with an
updated version. Download again.
It seems that Windows SP2 negated the old version :(
The new one works as intended.

YOU'RE A LIFESAVER!  it now works perfectly.  You saved me many hours of
tedium.  (I have enough of those already).

Thanks again.

You bare welcome - thanks for pointing out the old one no longer didn't
work. Keeping track is a full time job :(
