Hello!  I have set up a letter to merge with an MS Access
database.  Two of the fields in access are formatted as
currency.  When I merge into Word, those two fields show
up in the letter as regular numbers, I lose the currency
formatting.  Any help is appreciated.

In Word, click on Help and type in "Numeric Picture Switches" for
instructions and examples.
