I've done several mailmerges, but now, regardless of the
computer I'm on, I can't get Word to create more than the
first page of labels from a data source.

I've tried from the Word wizard to grab the data source
from Outlook.  I've also tried (after converting the data)
to grab it from Excel, from DBF, and from a Table in
Access.

I've tried starting the Mailmerge from within Outlook or
Access.

Every time I'm getting the same result.  Out a 695
records of data (which are all there when you "edit
recipients") when I propogate labels, or before for that
matter, I only get the first 30 - the first page.

Any suggestions because I'm pulling my hair out?

You have not executed the mailmerge.  You are only previewing the results in
the mailmerge main document.

Instead of using the Wizard, turn on the mailmerge toolbar by selecting
Toolbars from the View menu and checking that mailmerge item.  Then, on the
right hand end of the toolbar you will find buttons for executing the merge
to various destinations.

The wizard also includes that capability but for some reason, many people
overlook it.
