MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / October 2004With mail merge printing 4UP postcards , I do I stop getting the .
I am printing addresses on 4UP postcards (that is, 4 postards on a 8 1/2x11 sheet of paper). When I mail merge, I keep getting the same address on each sheet instead of getting an address for each postcard on a sheet. I am using Microsoft Word 97. You need a <<Next Record>> field before the first merge field in all but the first postcard in the mailmerge main document.
