How do you e-mail a few pages from a multiple page document?

I have a freind of mine that has sent me a 194 page document (.doc) and now I
need to send just eight pages to another freind. How can I take the pages
that I want and put them into another folder to send as an attaachment in my
e-mail. I'm sure there must be a way to do this. Thanks

After you write the e-mail and attach the 194-page document, open the
attachment and delete the pages you don't want to send. The only problem is
that the page numbering will be off, but you can enter page numbers manually
if you want to send, say, pages 1, 22, 33, etc. Close and save the Word
document, and send the e-mail.

Select the pages that you want to send and then copy and paste them into a
new document and send that document.
