MS Office Forum / Word / Mailmerge and Fax / October 2004Is there a maximum size for the data in a mail merge field?
I created a mail merge document and everything works fine... Except one mail merge field is a field for a description. It seems that if the description is too long, it truncates the data. Does anyone know if this is happening because there is a maximum size for allowed data? If so, is there a way to increase this size?
