Hello,

I have created a mail merge and emailed it to a friend.
Once I download the mail merge on the other machine, I was
not able to start entering the data because the data
source was not found. There was know data created just the
mail merge fields waiting for dat to be entered.

Is there a way for me to be able to send a blank mail
merge, so all an idividual would have to do is start
entering the data.

Thanks for your assistance,

Jessica

A merge comprises two parts - a source document containing the fields and a
data file containing ... the data. You need to send both.
