Using Word XP I want to be able to print specific recipients from my
recipients list. I click on 'edit recipient list' to choose which contacts to
print out, then use the check boxes to make my selection (I have ticks in
just 3 boxes). When I go to complete the merge it shows the entire contents
of my list, not the 2 or 3 I selected. On other documets when I have done
this it has worked, but doesn't on this particular document. Am I doing
something wrong?

It's possible that the main merge document is damaged. You might try copying
everything EXCEPT the last paragraph mark into a new document, then setting up
the merge again.
