how do I replicate entries for a mail merged catalogue in Word

I have no problem arranging for data entry but the merged document shows just
one catalogue entry on each page.  In the past, I've been able to replicate
the data entry choices so each catalogue item was listed consecutively.  
Thanks for any help you can provide.

Change the main document type from Formletter to Catalog (or Directory in
Word XP and later)
