It is a .mdb file and it won't let me open to print.  It says it is an access
file.  Is there something I can download?  I have office 2003. . .should I
have it?

Thanks in advance for your help

Create a Directory type mailmerge using the .mdb file as the datasource and
insert the mergefields into the cells of a one row table in the main
document.  Then execute the merge to a new document and you will get what
you are after.
