I performed a mail merge of a word document with 5000 recipients from an
excel document. The merge was completed but it created 5000 letters all on
one page. I don't want to print all 5000 letters at one time. How can I
create a break in each letter so I can dictate the numbers of letters to be
printed at any one time.

Word merges form letters that are split by section breaks, so you can
address them by section  number. To print only the first enter s1 in the
page number box s1-s5 will print the first five letters etc. The variations
are explained in Word help.
