I have a Word doc that I am going to cut into 3 post cards. I want to mail merge three different addresses on each page of a new donument. Now I get the same address 3 time on a page. Thanks, JOhn Sweet jhsweet@nc.rr.com You need a { NEXT } (<<Next record>>) field before the second and third postcard layouts.
