mail merge doesn't work after reinstalling office xp

Hi,

I am no longer able to use mail merge in word 2002 from Outlook 2002 after
reinstalling office and applying sp3. Is there another approach to fix and
reuse this feature?

What happens when you try to do so?
Have you tried starting the merge from Outlook?
