At work, all of our information is saved on servers.  How do I change the
default file location for a mail merge.  Ex: When I click browse to find my
file on the server, the automatic default file location for my data sources
is 'My Data Sources'.  After that, I have to find the server and my folder.
Is there any way to change the default location of my data sources from 'My
Data Sources' to my folder on the server?  This is a real nussance!!

Hi =?Utf-8?B?SmFtaWUgQSBNaWxsZXI=?=,

I don't know of any way to change this, although perhaps your system
adminitrator could use a system policy to force the change.

Other than that, you can add a shortcut to the file folder within your Data
Sources folder. Or place that location in the "Places" bar, at the left.
