In Word - mail merge to an Outlook Contacts DISTRIBUTION LIST

When working in Word (Office 2003),I have no trouble setting up an e-mail
merge to individual contacts in my Outlook Address Book, but I cannot set up
an e-mail merge to contacts that are on a specific Outlook DISTRIBUTION LIST.
Anyone know how?

I am not sure if that can be done, but if it can, it will be by initiating
the merge from Outlook. As a minimum, that will give you more options and
control.
