How do I set up an envelope "template" with a mail merge letter

Please help!  I cannot figure out how to merge the main letter document with
envelopes.  Any assistance is appreciated.

Can you explain a bit better what it is you want to do? And with which versino
of Word?

Right off-hand, I'd say that what you need to do is attach an envelope to the
beginning of the main merge document, insert the merge fields, then merge and
print the result.

Or run a second, envelope type of mail merge using the same data source.
