I have a problem that I don't know the answers to.

Using a database with 100 names and addresses in it, I need to create 100
sheets of labels - with all the individual labels of each sheet having only
the name and address of 1 of the entries from the database (so that, for
example, sheet #1 has 30 labels with your name and address, sheet #2 has 30
labels with my name and address, sheet #3 has 30 labels with John Doe's name
and address, etc. - you get the idea).

But, wait!  There's more.  Each label ALSO needs to have our company's logo
(or a similar graphic) included on it.

AND - there are 6 variations on that logo/graphic (so that one each sheet of
30 labels will have 5 labels with one version, 5 labels with another, etc.)

Okay - do you have any idea how to accomplish ANY of this - either the "full
page of same labels" part or the "put logo into the labels" part or the "put
6 different logos into the labels" part?

Thank you.

For the full page of labels, just delete the <<Next Record>> field from all
of the cells in the mailmerge main document.

For the Graphics, see the article "Graphics on Labels" on fellow MVP Graham
Mayor's website at
