Data Source Error?

Hi,

I think I've read every post here and can't find my solution... I can
run a merge one time from a program called ServiceCEO into my Word
template. Thereafter, the merge gives this error: "Error! MergeField
was not found in header record of data source."

The source is specified and fields are chosen from the drop-down menu,
removing all possibility of error. Once it's done and saved, I can run
a merge one time and everything thereafter gives the error.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
Sarah Leone

What is the actual data source? Is it a text file, Access file, or what?
Which version of Word are you using?
