I want to use Mail Merge to create a label that has last name (in 14pt Font)
and First Name under it in 10 pt Font.

How do I change the label layout in Word?

Let's start with the version of Word? And may we assume you've already tried,
and for some reason can't get the result you want? What have you tried, and
how is it not working?
