When I attach smt using macro from www.mvps.org , attached file is the
shortcut instead of original file. What should I do attach a document instead
of its shortcut ?

I assume that you are referring to my article on Mail Merge to Email with
Attachments.  If you have the path\filename of the file itself in the
catalog merge document, that is what should be attached.  I use it several
times a day and it works perfectly for me (as long as the path\filename
details are one hundred percent correct so I always run a test where I
substitute my email address for each of the ones in the catalog to ensure
that I have everything OK.)

I am sure that path/filename details are correct. For example I write
D:\aaa.doc on table and I receive an e-mail with attachment "shortcut to
D:\aaa.doc" .Also I try to insert aaa.doc as an object to my table( in excel
) but this time I do not have any attachment at all.
