I had asked this before but lost track of the thread, and am hoping someone
can help me.  When I click "Tools" on Word 2000, I want to scroll down to the
labels feature.  But there are many lines of "Mail merge" above it, that I
have to scroll down to get to the label commands.  How do I delete these mail
merge command lines?  I don't even use mail merge.   Thanks.

Also, this is unrelated, but where are the settings located that let me turn
"off" the feature that turns URL addresses into blue hyperlinks in a
document?  Thank you.

See the following page of fellow MVP Graham Mayor's
website:

http://www.gmayor.com/multiple_mail_merge_entries.htm

To turn off the automatic coversion of URL's etc, select
Autocorrect from the Tools menu and then uncheck the box
against "Internet and network paths with hyperlinks"

Hope this helps,
