Greetings,
I'm trying to set up a mail merge using MS Word 97 and OE5.

I've followed the FAQ steps but when I open data source in Word97 the
address book icon is not active [greyed out].

Any suggestions or tutorials would be helpful.
Thank you.

The "address book" cannot be used to connect to an OE contact list. It
only connects to MAPI applications (such as the "real" Outlook).

The address book icon has nothing to do with mail merge, though. It's
to insert single addresses in a single document (a letter).
