I need to repeatedly re-open a mail merged word document...and use current
data in an Access table as a data source every time it opens.   Data is
changed before the letter is opened.  But the document reflects the original
data instead of the changed data.  There must be a simple way to refresh
this, but I can find nothing about it.

It *always* helps to mention the version of Word involved in a problem?
