Hi,

I haved created a mail merge document and the data file is in Access.  I'm
using Office XP under Windows XP SP2.  I got the following message whenever I
open the document in office but not at home.

> Opening this document will run the following SQL command:
> Select * from tblConveyance
> Data from your database will be placed in the document.  Do you want to continue?

Please advise how to get rid of this message.

Also, how to merge a specific record from the table, tblConveyance.  Can I
set something at the SQL in mailmerge.  I've tried to set the
".DataSource.QueryString" but it doesn't work.

Thanks million.
